I need more time to collect data but clearly there was improvement in the latency jitter I described in the previous thread.
The blue is the max latency measured and the black is average. The top of the scale is 70ms and this is to my gateway ( The CMTS ) so this is jitter/latency between me and the CMTS.

You want as little distance between the black and the blue section.
Its obvious the max latency spikes have been reduced. So much so the average has also dropped and is more even.
The real test tho is between 8pm and midnight. Peak internet usage on the Cox network.
